Those pads look brand new. Do they need to be bed in? Did you get mineral oil on them?

If you don’t want to go straight for new pads and rotors. You can try sanding the pad and rotor and cleaning with isopropyl. This has about 50% success rate for mildly (non oil) contaminated, or glazed pads. Repeat bed in, before writing them off. The only fix I will guarantee for bad contamination is new pads and rotors.

If the brakes have no bite it’s likely due to brake pad/rotor contamination. The solution to contamination is disc brake cleaner and sand paper (like 600-800 grit) to clean the rotors and new brake pads. You can save contaminated brake pads sometimes, by sanding them down and cleaning with disc brake cleaner, some people also like to light them on fire to burn off any possible remaining contamination.
After you’ve done that you need to bed the brakes in again, before being bedded in they will have little to no power and that’s normal, but make sure to follow the proper steps to bedding in the brakes not to glaze them over and compromise their power potential.
