No expert but I also have a brooks saddle. I think this is just creasing from the leather stretching and pulling back every time you sit and get off it. I’d only really be concerned if it actually splits or tears, and make sure the saddle tension is good.
You sure it’s not a powder (KY jelly) stain from your cooter. ??
