The problem is clearly that the pencil needs to be sharpened. I would sharpen the pencil and then send it.

Pfft, everybody knows that pencils are for pours and that pastels are more lubricious. Also why does this part look like it was on a lunar rover. Are you storing it in a dumpster?

Depends on your weight. A 2H will be harder than the more universal HB. If you’re a lightweight, I’d recommend a softer pencil such as a 4B.
