How would you go about making one of these? Can you buy that fork or do you need to have someone fabricate one for you??

what is that fork?! I have a GF Marlin Genesis repainted the same as that trek in the first image (high viz yellow) and I want to make the front fork more cargo friendly.

Was that NOS Trek 6000 I saw on FB in MKE a while back? It was missing the fork and what a perfect way to build it up if it was that one.
