Built a frame from mostly recycled frame tubing (chain stays and seat stays were new stock I had lying around, and dropouts were something I designed and had laser cut). Designed to be more upright than her last bike, to carry weight in a basket (and on front panniers if going camping), and to fit 650×48 tires if no fenders (650×42 with fenders).

Best looking dropouts ever? Yes, I think so… yes.
How cool is that?! Anything you’d do differently if you were to do it again?
