The local to me stores with security guards have them who only give me Paddington Bear style hard stares! I’m not sure whether you are lucky with yours. A hard stare and you know where you are. A nice security guard could be nice or a stalker! 🤔
PS that’s the only trolley mode mine does. Either the wheel drops out or everything rubs. As in back wheel on the floor, seatpost on the ground or it opens up. Just doesn’t really work for me.
