I haven't been able to do much gravel biking in a couple years due to a worsening heart condition. Before that I was riding everywhere.
Fortunately/Unfortunately I'm scheduled for open heart surgery to repair the issue in less than a month
Anyone here have any experience getting back on the dirt with a mechanical heart valve?
