Whoa , if you hadn’t looked at the internet for 13 years you’d have a trouser accident looking at this. Probably not going to pedal amazingly, would be fun to descend

Looks like a riot for gettin rowdy, despite its age… looks like a 160+ vanrc coil “freeride “ kinda deal. I dig it.
As a trail bike I think it might be a very hard slog. Depends what you are looking for. I say that as someone who pedals a 175mm coil everywhere – though I have a very efficient design and very good platform & lockout on the rear. That vanrc probably won’t be like my kitsuma coil.
Heck. Gets ya pedalling at least, and it does have a cool agro aesthetic.

I’m gonna say you got a fair deal. I mean it’s got some decent random parts bolted to it and really not sure what it supposed to be but honestly it looks dummy fun. I’ve experimented with off brand frames before and thrown a spare parts tote of things together and been quite pleased. It’s all about how you ride really, not that you’re flexing a $6500 Canyon.
P.S- As with ALL used bikes, double check all nuts, bolts and fasteners and closely examine those welds.
