Solid looking build with a nice consistent color scheme. I’d change the deep drops to something less aggressive but I am also old.

Seat post. Get something with 0° angle and the handlebars might not feel as aggressive.

Front brake rather than rear, maybe more modern dropper? Based on personal taste. Otherwise perfecr

The thing that makes this bike interesting is it’s sheer originality. Try to preserve the stock parts. Good luck.

Looking slick.

Tires to solid black ones but everything else is great.

I would suggest a set of SPD clipless MTB pedals and shoes. You can still walk normally when off the bike but the feel of the connection with the bike it superior to cages in my opinion. Shimano makes great stuff and the Crank Bros stuff is good as well. You can also find SPD platform pedals where you can just go for a leisurely cruise with standard sneakers of use the clipless side for more aggressive riding.

I might try and make it less matchy-matchy, but that’s just me. Neat bike either way.
