A small seating area and perhaps a small indoor table in care the weather isn’t nice enough to use the patio. Obviously, you need a refrigerator.
For the kitchen, a couple burners, a coffee pot, a sink, microwave, refrigerator. It needs to be much brighter.
That will be a wonderful holiday apt!
The lego prints would look cute in the B & B. A small sofa and coffee table would be good in the B & B for relaxing with a cup of tea after a day of sight seeing.
Car parking or easy to get to via public transport is important to me. I don't doubt it will be lovely when you've finished it.
