Any advice would be appreciated. If this looks like a solid deal for this bike, could it last a while? I mean is this something I could upgrade slowly or just ride for a bit until I can get a newer one?

It’s an old build (Ultegra 6600 10 speed, maybe super old RS10 wheels?) on an OK frame. This is a really good condition 20ish year old bike. You can get better for the price, but it’ll probably not be a Pinarello. If you’re attached to the name, it’s probably the cheapest you can get (that’s still rideable).
The frame is upgradeable, but at that point you might as well sell it and buy another bike that’s less than 20 years old.
