So this afternoon, I went to see my local bike hoarder looking for an XL full suspension frame, hoping he might have some 26 inch Specialized Treks or Cannondale.
No luck but buried underneath all the junk are a couple of interesting hard tails.
$30 per bike. Tetanus booster is free.

I have that exact giant. Been using it for at least 5 years.. First as a mountain bike and then as a diy bbshd MTN bike. That frame is light and strong. Love it

Give that red Performance bike in the last photo another look. Check if the tubing is double butted. It might be a sleeper.
I would snag that Giant ATX in a heartbeat.
Those are gonna need some pest control before they are allowed in a shop.
