Was cleaning up my bike for spring use and I'm getting a nasty rattling from the chain rubbing against this inner spot here. Any ideas? Thanks.

The idler pully is probably loose. Either the bolt is loose or the pully is worn out.
I would check the chain routing first. There is a little tooth in the arm. The chain needs to go above it. I always miss that tooth and the chain will rub against it making a clicking sound.
