I've been looking at pannier options that hang from the rear rack for my work commute. All my work stuff would fit nicely in a smaller bag like the Ortlieb Twin City Urban, but I'm wondering what the best option would be for my lunch pail on the other side of the rack. I tried putting my normal lunch pail in my front basket (Zojirushi Ms. Bento and a thermos along with utensils, etc. in an expandable Arctic Zone lunch pail) but it was heavy enough in the front that I wondered what other good rear options would be available. Since I carry soup too, I'd rather the fit be on the snug side to avoid it leaning and causing spillage so the big ones I'm seeing don't seem practical to me.
Thanks in advance for the help!

Put another pannier on the other side and put whatever lunch pail you want into it.
That is what I do. Work backpack with laptop goes into the pannier on one side, change of clothes, raingear, and lunch goes into the pannier on the other side.
