I’m just reading up on components and bike values and I don’t think I ever realized how much of a steal I got back then.
Back in 2017, I bought this basically new 2014 Trek SLR off a guy trying to just get rid of it. Hardly any miles. He gave me the bike, a helmet, computer, bike bag, and bike pump all for $400.
I knew it was a good deal, but how much of a deal was it exactly?

More like 2004… that has 9 speed Ultegra on it, which was replaced by 10 speed in 2005.
Still, $400 was not a bad deal for that full package.
