The gyro plate is a cheap steel item and won’t sit nice and square against the stem unfortunately. I’d advise buying a nice alloy one to improve the setup a bit.
Also lube both gyro cables, it makes a difference.

You need a spacer between gyro plate and stem or the gyro plate is upside down or you need more spacers to move gyro plate further from gyro, on both my bikes i used colony gyro tabs because they dont have cuts in them, also odyssey gyro g3 cables that come in the complete gyro set are better than any others

That plate is upside down, it’ll give you more floating space once you turn it right side up.

That plate is upside down, it’ll give you more floating space once you turn it right side up.
