For now my plan is to switch the bars to something wider with a bit of rise and sweep, change the crumbling grip shift to triggers and mount new brake levers, maybe I’ll switch to V brakes too. Not sure yet how and if I want to switch from the 3×8 to a 1x Setup, going to have to do some research on all of this later today.
I actually also need a bit of a longer seatpost since that’s the maximum that this one allows and it’s still a few cm short for me.
Pedals are really seized sadly, probably going to stop by my LBS Tomorrow to get them removed.

Dude, this is a sick bike! My opinion, unless something is wrong with the drivetrain, don’t replace it! Also, all the silvery bits make me 😍, policy them up, replace the seatpost with a silver one and watch for wet spots bc folks’ll be drooling over this thing!
