Hi all, hoping I can get some advice regarding a Sonder Frontier rigid fork I just bought
It’s a boost spacing thru axle. When I install the front wheel it’s noticeably off centre. The wheel is fine and the same offset is there when i install it flipped.
Do you think this is a problem with the fork? The other possible sign of an issue is that I can only install a 160mm rotor without it rubbing on the fork. Both a 220 and 203 rub. I don’t have a 180 to test with. I can’t find anything that states the max rotor size, although fully Sonder Frontier bikes seem to come with 160mm or 180mm

You don’t need bigger than 160mm, the wheel dish (middle) is done with spoke tension. Head to your local bike kitchen and sort it out if you want, if it doesn’t bother you then you can leave it alone.
Fork seems to be bent/warped, if the wheel is true and dished correctly. I’d make a warranty claim
If the wheel is straight vertically, it might be a dishing issue which is fixed through tensioning/loosening the spokes. If however it’s to the same side when flipped around, and especially if it isn’t straight vertically, then it’s most likely a bent or defective fork.
