I’m a little confused which tubes to buy for the Grizl. On the tire it specifies 45-622 (28×1.7). The worker in REI suggested 29×1.75-2. Will this work?

I assume yes — it says ISO45/50-622 on the packaging
622 = 700c = 28 inch = 29 inch
