    Nice bike. Depends on the size/ geometry. Drop bars add reach so if the bike is sized for flat bars the drops may stretch you out and not be comfortable for extended rides. Alternatively if the bike is sized as a drop bar bike, it may feel too cramped with flat bars. You can change stem lengths but only by a few cm before you start messing with the steering and handling.

    Neither. Tri bars AND get a dropper post. Never let em know your next move.

  3. Drops. I think the bike just looks cleaner, faster and sleeker. More futuristic even. But that’s my drop bar bias showing. What do you like using more?
