I was hoping I could use a 90 like at the breaks (see photos) to bend the gear and break cables out of the way but don’t know if that is possible. I think I can use a accessory handlebar but rather not haft to add that. Give me all your thoughts. Also what do you think of the rig?

Some foamey spacer kinda thing between the strap and the bars to allow the brake cables to move freely? (Search for “restrap canister bag foam” and you’ll get an idea of what I mean)
