  1. Deflate the tire and move it around a bit. Rim looks like it’s spinning straight but the rubber might not be seated evenly ?

  2. Your bead isn’t seated. Take the pressure up to the max of the tire and it should pop into place. If not, reduce the pressure a bit and use your hands to twist the tire a bit where it’s sitting low. Then pump it up again. It’ll seat.

  3. At what psi did you pump your tire at? Looks to me the tire beads has not sit properly yet.

    I use a little soap to help lube the rim up a bit and help get it mounted…. Ooer!

  5. Tire bead isn’t seated properly. Try spraying some soapy water on the tire bead and inflating to the maxt PSI allowed by the tire. Should pop into place.
