The Trails in Vegas are so fun! I always thought they’d be good enough if you lived in the area and wanted to ride your bike, but they can hold a candle to any desert riding IMO. There are so many dope options, with great route finding and fun features – all with incredible scenery!

One of my favorite trips was going to Vegas on a business trip. Everyone went drinking and gambling while I rented a mountain bike and explored Red Rock Canyon. Coming from the east coast, I had no idea how beautiful it is out there. Can’t wait to go back.

I didn’t realize how hard it was going to be riding out in the desert on my bike. The harder rocks were definitely not what I was used to in SoCal. I found myself with a puncture out in the middle of nowhere and I was glad I had a patch kit and a pump! But I also had a great time exploring on a rented bike from REI instead of going out and gambling my money away
