Looks like it will. Upper mount point fits for sure. But best if it comes with lower mount point adapters/few configurations. Those extra tubes look odd a bit.

Do you have eyelets (screw holes) near your rear dropout (the place where your wheel sits in your frame)? If yes then this will fit
