More than likely it’s the crank spindle that’s wonky but either way it’s not good.

If you don’t have excess noise or poor shifting it’s probably fine.

That is a very minimal amount of deviation. Nothing to worry about.

I’ve seen this happen with chain rings when bike boxes get smashed in shipping. I would first rule out that the crank isn’t loose, or the bottom bracket isn’t loose, or something. It’s a hack/emergency fix, but I have straightened bent chain rings with a disc rotor truing tool. (Clean it really well after, or use an old one).
