Hard to tell for sure from just this clip, but seems fine. Any issues you’re experiencing with it?
Holds something close to the rim and see if it’s rubs against it at any point or stays away always. Jeez…
I’d take it to a LBS if you don’t have the tools or skills necessary for this task. I can see it has to be trued but it will be okay to ride for now. It might feel bumpy on the brakes but its not gonna ruin it. If you do want to learn how to true, I recommend practicing on a old bike and watch some park tool videos on YT.
