Alix stuff & chinese brands generally can be awesome, but no amount of good experiences are enough to make me gamble on bars, cranks, stems, pedals, seatposts, etc…

You can probably find a name brand pretty easily, this style was huge in bmx a couple years back. Might be a used set of bars but it’ll be quality. EDIT: snafu has some for just under $200 and S&m have a similar bar for $80 so you even have new options if that’s the route you want to take

the box on those things is way too narrow anyways. fairdale makes a great set (not oil slick) in 4″ and 6″ rise for around $40 usd. the 4″ are available in chrome i believe.
