Other than the obvious reasons for not riding brakeless, I think the geometry of this set up is going to have you leaning too far forward to stop simply by locking up the rear wheel. You’d need to pull up to slide and you’re not high enough in the saddle to get that leverage. This just isn’t the whip for brakeless.
That said, that’s a gorgeous setup. Very nice ride.

How do you plan to skid without straps?

I get the cool appeal of brakeless, but this isn’t the bike for that. It’s very classic looking.
