Got a flip flop hub on it. Is it mounted fixed or free wheel? If it is free wheel, then I would ask the owner if he has the other brake and put it on. One brake in the front is for “fixed” conversions, but some people think it’s cool without the back brake. I would also ask if they have any of the original parts.

The fork is, for sure, as it has “Bianchi” stamped into the crown.
Pretty low end with a kickstand plate and those dropouts.

Bianchi is just a mass-produced bike company at the end of the day. Not a lot of money in faking them.

I have a late 80s Bianchi Sport SX Celeste green that isn’t worth much but I love the colour too much to let go. I keep it as a fixie for riding rollers in the winter and bike around town in the summer. They are cool enough to enjoy riding but not worth enough to worry about someone stealing it.

It’s real. If you look at where the seat stays are welded to the seat tube up top where the seat post comes out of, there is an engraving, even if the white paint wasn’t there the engraving says Bianchi, no fake would have that.
