No idea how this happened. Unscrew the lower pulley, twist cage, re-attach chain. Then oil your chain.

Looks like you’ve got a tight link. Get oil and a 3mm Allen key. Oil the chain so it moves and open the derailleur cage a little bit to get the chain back on the wheel 👍

Just break the chain and rethread it. It must have been threaded incorrectly after the chain was broken previously.
