Hi all
Looking for some advice on the state of my chainrings. Im planning on replacing my chain and rear freewheel as im swapping my wheels out from a freehub cassette setup to a thread on freewheel setup ( downgrade i know). Are my chainrings worn enough to need to replace as as well or do you think they'll do? Cheers

Honestly, from they pics they look fine.
Are the rings steel?
If so, they will survive the apocalypse.
