If the UCI cared about the maximum human-powered speed, they'd let recumbents into top level racing. Instead of fiddling round the edges of what's possible on 'a man riding a horse'-analogue.

Y'all are crazy about the Giro Aerohead. It's a nice helmet. I have two of them–black and white. It's one of the fastest helmets around. I mean, we ride aero bikes and rock aero skinsuits, so why not wear aero helmets? The Aeroahead is also popular at the velodrome. Some of the POC road helmets look like ones they put on special kids' heads to prevent them from banging them against walls.
Also, I'm in Toronto and Doug Ford is an idiot.

Your flash of a female and male rider in the Zwift Competition poster for a millisecond made me curious…I wonder. Was that was a spoiler?
Is that tricycle trailer thing (hack/bodge) near a river? With the wooden pieces on the end, away from the handle bars, it looks like a trolley for an outdoor motor for an inflatable boat, or similar, that needs to be assembled and disassembled each use. Trolley could actually be made to carry outboard motor and inflatable boat in one trip? Perhaps… just guessing.
A small bit of trivia re: Doug Ford and the Ontario election. Unfortunately, Ford won another majority, so the bike lanes are still in peril, but the Member of Provincial Parliament who introduced the legislation to remove the bike lanes lost his seat.

I feel like school uniforms could play a big part in the gender discrepancy- girls are often in skirts/dresses and cycling a bike in a skirt is rubbish (both cause it's in the way and you'd feel like you're about to flash everyone)
