  1. I would. The chain looks like it’s stretched. Notice how the pins are trying to climb up the teeth.

    Start with that and then see how the chain sits.

    It certainly looks worn. If it is very worn, the freewheel will have worn with it. Don’t replace just the chain, a new chain will skip on the worn sprockets. Run it as it is until you get a replacement chain + freewheel (+chainring possibly)

    It’s all wearing/worn. I’d get a new chain and see how it lands on those old rings and cluster. I’ll bet it’s all in need of replacement. This is normal for a high use bike.

    If you have the money, invest in a chain breaker. They are cheap. Pull the chain give it a good scrub and wash the drivetrain with bio degreaser. Just what I would do .
