Every year, fellows of Designer Bookbinders prepare six unique bindings for the award ceremony of the Booker Prize. This time, we invited Kate Holland, a British bookbinder and bookbinding teacher, to discuss her binding with us. Kate’s book was ‘James’ by Percival Everett. We invited Kate to discuss the binding and some of the techniques she used while working on the book. But of course, we’ll talk about other projects as well.
We’d be happy to see your reactions and answer any of your questions, so please join us live this Saturday!
We are streaming on Saturday, the 1st of March, at 17:00 GMT (12:00 PM EST, 18:00 CET).
