Got a new bike and it seems to have issues shifting the lower the gears go, the derailleur looks to be pretty much vertical in gear 8 but is tilted when down shifting. Just wanting to confirm this is the issue, contacting customer support to see what they can do for me since it is a new bike.

If it’s bent and they replace, purchase another for the next time.
