Strong headwinds, corrugated roads, hot days, rainy days, screaming possums, and more gear than we actually needed. First proper Bikepacking trip is going well. We’ve still got a few days to go, and will hopefully be pushing over 1000km before we’re finished. Started in Picton and are vaguely following the Sounds to Sounds brevet route down the South Island with some modifications to suit timing and visiting family
