Go outside, take a look and your car rotors, and report back. Most car rotors get rust on them if they’re not driven often, sometimes in less than a day if it’s humid enough. It’s just surface rust and gets ground off in the first few brake passes.
It’s only something to worry about if it stays there, or if it’s deep enough to cause pitting.
