  1. This old carbon frame was my daily driver all through high school and college, unfortunately I stopped riding for a few years, and it wasn’t in great shape when I finally pulled it out of my parents garage earlier this year.

I replaced most of the drive train, epoxied one of the lugs that had started to slip out of its tube, fixed the cable stays, replaced the handle bars, replaced the cages, and trued up the wheels. I’m planning on making several more upgrades soon, but it’s already a heck of a ride, even if it doesn’t look like much.

  2. the picture’s angle is not the best but I have a suspicion that the fork is bent backwards. it could have happened in a head on collision, hitting the curb or a pothole. have someone check it in your LBS, and if it is really bent – don’t ride the bike, it can be dangerous. breaking the fork when riding is not fun. nice bike otherwise!
