$150 would be ok for this bike. It’s an older model so the tire size may be limited to around 28c….

28mm is a maybe, 25mm for sure. with that headset adapter and the more modern upright cockpit, I think it’s a decent deal at 150 if the small tire size is OK with you.

A bike that works is worth 150$ minimum. If it fits you, is in working condition without frame damage, and is vaguely what you’re looking for it’s a fair price. Depending on the make of tire, you may be able to squeeze 28mm on it. That’s pretty reasonable for its age. (I run 28’s on my 2003 steel frame). Some get a little wary about older aluminum.

People are going to split hairs here and be like, “I would have offered 100, 120 max”. I would say if you like it, and gets you out riding, that’s all that matters. Especially for as little as $150.

Cheap. Take it for a test ride, though, if possible.
