I've always thought this was a pretty neat find. Bought it around 2016 for commuting to college, I think it is from the 1980's. The shifter placement took a little while to get used to. Have considered selling it since it just sits in the garage, but it definitely has some sentimental value.

Gorgeous! One of my favorites from a previous lifetime.
Nice, I’ve got one as well and it’s superb. These are rebranded Miyata 1000’s, a well-known high-end touring bike at the time. Yours doesn’t have the fork mounts that came around in 1984, so it’s probably a 1982/83 or so.
