5’4 female here. i’ve been looking to buy my first road bike and found these on marketplace. i’ve always been a fan of the way vintage road bikes look and these were the only ones that were within my budget ($100-$120). i’m leaning towards the 88’ cannondale only because it seems like it’s seems like it’s been taken care of the most and the seller included more info (pictured) than the first two. messaged seller my height and said that the bike should fit me well enough but might be a bit snug. idk, thoughts?

ATP might as well just get a fixie and add brakes to it because they’re very old and the transmission from that long ago might feel a bit funny or might have problems unless very well maintained.
I agree that the cannondale looks the best, I’d avoid the Fuji it’s very cheaply constructed. The trek 420 is going to be the most “comfortable” because it’s built using quality steel whereas the C Dale is made with aluminum. Steel is a very dense material and soaks up road vibration much much better, the C Dale will feel stiffer and more responsive you really can’t go wrong with either of those.
Go trek
Have you got any more pictures of the Fuji? Can’t seem to find too many online so it’s hard to tell what parts it has, what steel it’s made of, etc
The problem with the Cannondale is that it is tiny. Assuming the person measured correctly 16″ is ~40cm. This makes it a youth frame for someone well under 4’8″. Which makes sense given the 650b (27.5″) wheels. Getting tires will be a pain. More importantly the bike is massively too small for you.
At a distance the Trek doesn’t seem to be well cared for, I see rust.
The Fuji might be a better choice, although that horrible saddle needs to be replaced immediately.
