I'm looking for your collective wisdom on a phone mounting challenge I'm encountering. Essentially, I can't figure out how to have both a handlebar bag and a phone mounted where I can easily see/use it. The top tube mounts put the phone much lower than I'd like. The stem tube mounts that I've seen don't work for the headset height and angle that I have (see pic). The "out front" models would hit the handlebar bag. Putting the phone in the clear handlebar bag sleeve makes it nearly impossible to see/use the phone when it rains. And it rains a lot here 😄 Additional desires, if possible: 1) Easy off, easy on for taking photos on the fly, 2) rain protection for phone, 3) mount rotates up for taking videos of the road. I'm guessing that there's no one option that will do all of this, but if anyone knows, it's this group. Pic #1 and #2 are the desired position for the phone. Pic #3 is an alternative. That stem is a very unusual setup so a doubt any off the shelf mounts probably aren’t going to work.
