I’m between these two and trying to figure out if the $ jump from 5 to 6 makes sense for me.
I ride mostly trails around the Seattle-area. Greens and Blues. Not doing anything crazy and don’t really plan to. Currently on a ‘21 Rockhopper and wanting to upgrade to FS and more modern geo.
Is the jump from RS to Fox/SX to NX worth the $900 difference to someone like me? Or would I notice?

Also interested to know if anyone else in the Western US who’s recently ordered one of these models has had any components subbed on their order.

I mean, get the pink / mulberry one. Then go with a brazil football jersey and orange shorts… but that would be me 😉
I live somewhere where most people are on matte black bikes in white / grey kit. It’s so sterile. My bikes are tangerine, flame red, and puke yellow. I wear a bright blue cookie monster jersey for road rides lately, and a lightweight green rash guard I was given in Brasil as a MTB jersey. I get more looks than all the fucking black and white clones do 🙂
