I've been biking for about a year and any time I go over 20 miles or so, my wrists & hands hurt. I've worked on my body positioning & bike fit, but the wrist pain on long rides has persisted.
I went to my local bike shop & they suggested I try these instead. I just switched them out and took it around the block. And I can already tell the difference. I won't really know until I go for a long ride, but I'm super excited about them!

I have these on all my rides.
That style of grip is the way to go on flat bars. However, depending on your climate, that soft grey part can get pretty gummy over time.
Your dog looks less excited about them. Less bicycle, more belly rubs. 🐶
I have some less pronounced ergon grips and they are good. You might also benefit from inner bar ends. Being able to change hand position for awhile helps a lot too.

If you’re in the U.S., you may find these are better and half the price:

Same shape, but with compression rings at both ends to hold it on tight.
Ooooh nice! I’ve been thinking about upgrading my grips to these.
I got these and really like them.
I got the GP3s and like them, Used GP1s for years and old ones didn’t have a lip/ridge so I could slide them further onto the bar and put bar ends on. New ones seem to have a stop so you can’t slide them onto beyond the end.
