I’m looking for my first road bike.
I was looking in an online second hand shop and I found this bike: a used Cube Attain GTC Race from 2021. The seller was initialling asking for 950€ (~995US$), currently he lowered the price to 900€ (~945$).
What would be a fair price to make a counter offer?
I would initially offer 700€ (730$) and see what he tells me.

Cube Attain GTC Race for sale, size 56, in excellent condition.
Full carbon frame, Shimano 105 11-speed group and hydraulic disc brakes.
Fits 28" Continental tyres.
Pads and discs recently replaced (brake fluid also bled).
Bike Regularly serviced and used for a year and a half on the road season on the trainers.
Bike meticulously maintained.
I am selling it to purchase a better (more expensive) bike.
