Should i replace this helmet? I haven’t been riding a lot with this helmet, but one time i went to race with it and got some good crashes and hits to the head, and now i see there’s some cracks in the foam. The foam doesn’t look really compressed and on the outside there’s just some damage to the paint. Should you replace a helmet every time you crash, are they really one time use?

Crack=new helmet
It’s been compromised and let’s be honest here, a few hundred dollars for a new helmet is lots better than “what-if”. I ride helmets for 5 years and then retire them.
