Hi team. I have added this image to help those who like me have been looking for a fix. I have ridden a few hundred kms now with no further issues except for some creaking.
A friend and a reddit post suggest electrical/duct tape on the back of the post helps alleviate the creaking sound and possibly even the slipping.
Anyways images here if helpful and keen to hear what other people have done as well.

I used hairspray (loreal elnett) on my scott foil seatpost. It allows you to put very thin laters on because the tolerances are so tiny. Works like a charm.

Two things on bikes that are a hard no for me are headset cable routing and wedge seat clamps.

I have the very same bike (and same color), but no creaking/sliding at all :-/
Are you sure for the carbon paste? It’s an alloy bike. On my side, I only use red grease.
