  1. I ran this race probably a decade ago and the course has changed quite a bit. Looks like a terrible route at the finish. I run those paths regularly around North Walls – that 90 degree turn, over the bridge and then a narrow, muddy path to the finish would have been a nightmare for any people racing.

  2. Thats how running is done. An die brand πŸƒπŸ½πŸ”₯!!! Love these 1st person perspective view. Thanks πŸ‘ŠπŸ»πŸ’ͺ🏼.

  3. 103 meters is flat in Cornwall for a race, I have a race this weekend with 500 meters elevation over 16k on the road πŸ˜… awesome efforts though πŸ‘

  4. I almost cried when you first ran past your kids! Your vids have been inspiring me whilst I’ve got back into running post baby. I now do a 5k each week and I’ve even done Winchester Parkrun!

  5. I’m 29 and hated running all my life, I’ve recently gotten into it and love it and making some great progress. These videos blow my mind how you keep that pace, inspiring stuff
