Join me for a trip into Edinburgh to explore the long awaited path linking Roseburn with the Union Canal. I take advantage of being in Edinburgh to join up with the Critical Mass ride and the proximity of that to Edinburgh Bicycle Coop’s Bruntsfield premises to arrange some long-overdue work on my Tern HSD cargo bike.

Nice one! By one of those “couldn’t make it up” coincidences, I was cycling that link myself on the same day as you! Came off the end of the Roseburn Path, and took a wee detour just to Fountainpark and back, en route to Roseburn Park and coffee. Looked for myself on your vid, but no joy!
Interesting also to learn of that mass cycle thing, which I must try to attend next time. I’d have gone to that one if I’d known. What was that circular plaza they were going round? Didn’t recognise it. Thanks for another nice video.

Is the livi bike shed still available and open?
I myself enjoy a large,smooth and wide cycle path (shared use) ncr 74 .I use it between lesmahago and douglas
Its a reclaimed duel carriageway,one lane smooth tarmac,the other has been turfed. It feels like a motorway for bicycles 😊
