Shimano sells replacement rubber covers. There is a bit of a technique to sliding them on, google should have some deets.

The mineral oil resistant hood covers are a lot less elastic than their cable brake cousins. They do go ‘baggy’ after a while.
Best to replace them.

If you look and you get the exact same model of 105 you can get the same hoods for a lot cheaper if you look at Chinese websites.
If you get some silicone spray lube and make sure they are well lubed inside they will slip right on.

just get replacement rubber hoods, also it’s gonna be hard to get them over the shifters so you can use alcohol or hands sanitizer, something that will act as a lube but evaporate quickly

Are they 105? I think they are what I have on a 2025 Ultegra Roubaix. R685 shifters. Disc brakes were non-series back then hence Shimano on the levers rather than 105.
I replaced the hoods too as they went baggy. Not easy but soable. I used alcohol based hand sanitiser as a lubricant.

what i did on my grx hods. put some loctite in a plug hole of the hood and ziptied it snug. over night cured the glue worked well. some use heatguns just be careful or you melt the rubber
